Mold Remediation in Tucker, GA

This home in Tucker, GA was getting ready to be sold. During their inspection, a small amount of microbial growth was found. The customer called SERVPRO of Stone Mountain/Clarkston out to help remediate the issue. Because this house was under contract, we had to make sure this was done in a timely manner but also correctly. We used a hepa vacuum to start with on the studs and subfloor, we then wiped it with a clean and finally we treated those areas with an anti-microbial agent. The customer was happy because the sale was able to go through. They said they would call SERVPRO of Stone Mountain/Clarkston at 770-496-1976 again for their mold remediation needs.
